Live add-on IntelMS Modules · COI Tracker

Insurance certs chased automatically — never mobilize an uninsured sub again.

The problem: One lapsed certificate of insurance can put a GC on the hook for an entire claim — and on a busy job, certs expire quietly in a folder nobody reopens.

COI Tracker reads the certs your subs already email in, tracks every coverage and expiry date per sub per project, and chases renewals at 30, 14 and 3 days out — so the binder stays current without anyone babysitting a spreadsheet.

How it works

Email in → tracked → chased

No new portal for your subs and reviewers. The documents they already email become a register that keeps itself current.

1

Email in

Subs send their COI / ACORD 25, WSIB clearance or bond letter to your project address — the same one they already use.

2

Tracked

Carrier, policy, coverage limits and expiry dates are extracted and filed per sub, per project. Anything ambiguous is flagged for a human instead of guessed.

3

Chased

Renewal reminders go out at T-30/14/3 before expiry, and stop the moment the sub replies. Lapsed or missing certs are flagged to your PM — never auto-sent anywhere.

What it never does

The guardrails are the product

Most construction AI is eager to make calls it has no business making. COI Tracker is built the opposite way — and we're proud of that.

Never decides whether a sub is compliant — coverage vs. requirement is presented side by side; the call is yours.

Never guesses a date. An ambiguous expiry (03/04/2026?) goes to human review, not into the register.

Never sends a compliance notice automatically. Lapsed and missing certs go to your PM as drafts.

Never quotes coverage dollar limits in general project answers.
