Built by someone who's actually chased the answer.

IntelMS wasn't built in a lab. It was built on the jobsite — by a working electrical and data contractor who got tired of being the search engine.

It was built on the jobsite, not in a lab.

I'm Brandon Pfitz. I've spent over 20 years in construction and 16 of them owning and operating my own electrical and data technology business — wiring and connecting commercial and residential projects, running crews, and being the person everyone calls when a detail doesn't add up.

That means I've spent more hours than I can count digging through drawings, specs, RFIs and change orders to find the one detail that decides whether work goes in right or gets torn out. The pattern never changed: the answer was always in the documents — buried in the wrong revision, contradicted by a spec, or sitting in someone's inbox while the crew stood around waiting.

So I built the assistant I always wanted on site.

One that reads the whole project record and answers like the most meticulous person on the team: it works from the latest revision, cites the exact sheet and spec every single time, flags conflicts instead of quietly picking one, and refuses to guess on anything contractual, code, or safety-critical — it escalates those to a human instead.

A senior PM that never guesses and always shows its source — because on a real job, an answer you can't defend is worse than no answer at all.

Why that matters for your projects

IntelMS isn't a generic chatbot that invents plausible-sounding facts. It only speaks from your project's own documents, and it tells you when it can't. Every answer names its source, states which revision it used, and gets drafted for a human to review before anything goes to a client. It's the difference between "I think it's the 400-amp service" and "the 400-amp service, per sheet E-001, Rev 3."

I built it because I needed it. If you run projects and you're tired of being the search engine, that's exactly who it's for.
