The cost of one wrong assumption

RFI churn is expensive. A wrong rev is worse.

"What does this detail say on the latest rev?" sounds simple — until the field builds off a superseded sheet, or an RFI gets re-asked because nobody could find the answer. Each round of RFI churn quietly burns $2-3k in time and delay.

The pain

Drawings, specs and COs scattered across email and folders. Nobody is sure which revision is current, and the same RFI gets asked three times.

The payoff

One email gets a cited answer from the governing revision — so you avoid the $2-3k RFI, build off the right detail, and hold a clean record if a dispute lands.

The guarantee

It never guesses. Conflicts between documents are flagged, and contractual or safety-critical calls go to a human every time.

Construction FAQ

How does IntelMS know it's using the latest drawing revision?

IntelMS is revision-aware. It tracks which version of a sheet, spec section or change order governs and cites the exact revision in its answer. If a newer revision supersedes an older one, it flags the conflict instead of answering from a stale set.

Will it answer a contractual or who-pays question on its own?

No. Anything contractual, financial, compliance or safety-critical is escalated to a human instead of guessed. IntelMS surfaces the cited language and routes the decision to your team — a person always makes the final call.

What documents can I ask about?

RFIs, specifications, drawings, submittals, change orders, schedules and contracts. If the answer exists in a project document you've uploaded, you can ask for it by email and get a cited answer back.

How is my project data kept private?

Every project is isolated in its own walled-off space. IntelMS cannot reference or infer facts from any project other than the one asking, and answers are returned only to approved senders.

What does it cost?

One flat price for any document type, with no per-seat fees and unlimited users: CAD $199, $499 or $999 per month depending on volume. You can start a free pilot first.
